Signed, “To Lt. Duncan Sincerely Ann Sheridan” in blue fountain pen.
One upper left corner bend that is only visible when the photo is viewed at an angle (See scan). One lower right border crinkle caused by the paper studio blurb adhered on verso (see scan).
