1930's inscribed 5 3/4 x 3 1/4 album page. "To Gladys from Johnny Weissmuller", Signature is in black fountain pen. Light pen on the "J" in Johnny.
Edge wear to page, including paper lose at lower edge. One inch vertical tear, from lower edge, terminates 1/2 inch from "ei" of Weissmuller. Tear is stabilized on verso with archival acid free framers tape. It will not damage or stain the page. Staining to page from previous matting. These faults to the page are well away from signature.
Comes with a quality circa 1960's 8x10 MGM, "Tarzan and His Mate" Still Photo. Minimum handling wear to the still. Will make a great Tarzan display.
