Signed across the stripes of her blouse. Signature and inscription are faded but still legible. I would call it a 3 or 4 out of 10.
PSA/DNA sticker certification number on verso. Columbia Pictures handstamp on verso in addition to pencil inventory numbers.
This original oversized still photo has the usual surface dings and wrinkles for a photo of this age. Most of the flaws completely disappear when viewed head on.
