Blue ink signature on the white side of a matchbook cover, 3.85 x 1.5.
Very good condition, with staple holes at the left edge; faint toning around the signature; and two horizontal bends, where the matchbook cover folded. This "hinge" runs through the signature at the center, heavier on the actual paper than they appear in the scan. Notation on verso states, "rec. 9/16/67.
Comes with a vintage 6 1/8 x 8 3/4 B&W glossy photo, trimmed from it's original larger size. Beautiful image and signature, will matte together well.
