August (1934 - 2009) who is the father of Nicolas Cage, was an executive at his brother's American Zoetrope film studio.
The document concerns the payments to be made on delivery of an unnamed manuscript.

This document has been signed by both Francis Ford Coppola in blue ink and his brother August F. in black ink.
Also included is a 1992 original still from "Bram Stokers Dracula". This 8x10 still in in very fine shape. A newspaper clipping is attached on verso.
